The Saints Foundation have done so much incredible work over the past few years, not least supporting our City throughout the Coronavirus pandemic.
Over the past week, you might have noticed that they launched an online campaign, setting themselves a target to raise £10,000 during the months of November and December, in order to continue their vital support for older adults into 2021.
The Foundation's delivery has been greatly affected by the pandemic, which has risked leaving many older adult participants alone in their homes, without usual routine and/or structure.
To stay connected, the team have been making weekly phone calls, running socially distanced walking sessions and delivering exercise workbooks.
They have also produced a radio programme and additional video resources to keep older adults active whilst isolating in their homes.
In short, the Saints Foundation's work has not stopped!
Now with a second lockdown in place, their vital resources are needed more than ever by the many older adults they support.
So how can you support the Saints Foundation - and the City residents needing help?
Well, how does a Christmas lunch with Matt Le Tissier and Francis Benali sound?
Yes, if you’d like to help support the Saints Foundation's work, you can do your part by donating to enter a raffle, which will see the chance to win lunch with Ambassadors, Matt Le Tissier and Franny Benali, at HarBar (Southampton Harbour Hotel) in early December!
